Synopsis: Joseph is a mean old bastard. Years ago, he intentionally caused his own disability and now drives around everywhere in his wheelchair. Life is sweet. Everyday is the same for Joseph; his sister, Margaret, comes to his crappy apartment to clean up after him and his friend, Tim, listens to his obnoxious ramblings. Joseph is frustrated when his favorite hobby, pinching bums, gets no rise out of Sue, an uptight librarian. None of Joseph's tricks of the trade seem able to get the frigid woman to react. Then one day, Sue finally gives in to the old man. Unfortunately, when she does, it's not the reaction he was hoping for at all.
